Overview of Hospice Residence Caregiver LPN Position:
Responsible for providing high quality nursing care and personal care to patients in the de Rham Hospice Home. Works under the direction of a registered nurse consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals and objectives.
Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Practical Nurses.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Minimum one year LPN experience required.
Day, evening, weekends, early evening
