Contract Registered Nurse – VNA First Choice
Status: Per Diem as well as short and long term assignments
Service Location: Dorchester Service Areas  

Overview of Home Health Registered Nurse Position:
Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for coordinating and providing high quality multidisciplinary home health care services for patients consistent with VNA Care’s policies, goals and objectives.

Working under moderate supervision, the Registered Nurse will be required to travel within a specified territory to meet with patients in their homes.

Qualifications of Home Health Registered Nurse:

Minimum of one year of recent LTC/Rehab experience and/or one year of recent med/surg experience in an acute care setting required. Registered Nurse- RN home care experience highly preferred. Home Care Home Base EMR experience highly desirable.

Graduate of a certified Registered Nurse- RN program required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred

Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
