Hospice LPN

Status : Full-time

Office Location: Needham, MA

Description:

Summary: Provides patient care which will include supportive care, physical care, pain management care and personal care to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families.

Education: Graduate of a certified Licensed Practical Nursing program. Licensed to practice in MA.

Experience: Minimum 2 years general med/surg experience with at least 1 year in an acute care setting. Hospice experience preferred. Demonstrates ability to respond appropriately to the needs of patients and families in varied environments.
