Patient Services Coordinator

Status : Full-time

Office Location: Needham, MA

Position Summary: Identifies, coordinates and receives patient/family needs and performs diverse administrative services for hospice.
Skills and Knowledge:
 
 
Education:
  • High School Graduate or GED required, Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a health care setting preferred
  • Working knowledge of and proficiency utilizing medical terminology.
  • Excellent computer skills using Microsoft software (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to learn new software applications as necessary; able to apply clinical knowledge to assist in improving existing healthcare systems and/or building new clinically focused applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00a-4:30p
