At Home Care, a VNA Care Company is currently seeking quality focused and compassionate caregivers to join our team! 

• We have an immediate need for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Aides to help our elder community. This position provides daily assistance including personal care, meal, preparation, companionship, attention and care.
• We are looking for caregivers to work with seniors in their homes.

Full or part time positions available:  day time, live in, weekend and overnight hours.

Position Summary: Provides personal care, comfort, ambulation, homemaking and/or meal preparation, and safety of a client in a home setting under the supervision of a licensed registered Nurse. Home Health Aide services are provided as a part of a medical Plan of Care to the client.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Certified Home Health Aide Certificate or Current Massachusetts CNA certification
• Successful completion of the required training program, competency testing, written skills and 12 hours in-service per year (pro-rated the first year.)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of CNA or HHA experience
• 1 year of home care experience preferred 
• Ability to make observations of changes is a patient's status
• Ability to read and write English and document in a medical chart
• Ability to work with a variety of people and as a member of a team
