We have an opportunity for RN's to join our Hospice & Palliative Care Team!Who You Are And What You Do: VNA Hospice & Palliative Care's Mission is to provide the right care with kindness and compassion every day for every person we serve. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Hospice RN works under the supervision of a Clinical Manager and Medical Director in the provision of skilled nursing care. The RN will provide nursing care to the Hospice patients, which will include supportive care, physical care, pain management care and personal care to maximize the comfort and health of terminally ill patients and their families.Education:Graduate of a certified RN program required; Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.How We Know You're A Good Fit:Must have good standing license (RN) in the state of Massachusetts.Must be willing to drive within a territory.Minimum of 2 years general med/surg experience with a minimum of 1 year in an acute care setting.Hospice experience is required.Demonstrates a can-do attitude and the ability to respond appropriately to the needs of patients and families in varied environments.Strong punctuality and timeliness in terms of shift attendanceProficient interpersonal relations and communication skills.Home care experience requiredWant to make a difference by transforming care to improve lives?
