VNA Care is seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Senior Director Home Health Operations, West.

MA RN or PT license required, Home Health experience preferred, Hybrid Schedule 

Position Summary: Responsible for planning, implementing and directing clinical operations services to ensure quality and cost effective care.

Reports to: Vice President Clinical Services

• Mentors and coaches 8 Clinical Managers in 4 locations: Worcester, Leominster, Southborough and Concord.
• Works with the Vice President, Clinical Services and clinical managers in setting and implementing yearly goals for the Agency.
• Demonstrates the ability to make decisions independently, recognizes complex situations and is able to identify key or underlying issues for problem resolution.
• Keeps informed of trends and developments in healthcare delivery and uses this information for the development of innovative programs.
• Collaborates with Business Development and Referral Center staff to identify market issues and maintain positive community relationships with external customers in relation to clinical services.
• Participates in Agency and other committees as requested.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in nursing, including a minimum of 2 years in home health management.
• Demonstrated administrative abilities.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy required.
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
