Hospice Licensed Certified Social Worker (MSW required)

32 hours

Position Summary:

  • Provides counseling and casework services to patients/families that focuses on the management of the psychosocial status of the patient/family that are experiencing terminal illness. Counseling is rendered within the context of the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families during the last phase  of life including recovery process.


  • Master's Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
  • Licensed to practice in Massachusetts. 


  •  Licensed Certified Social Worker - licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Experience preferred: 

  • Minimum of one year experience in a health care setting.
